GA is still on for Friday, July 3. App Store review cleared and the launch page is staged.
Mobile voice calls on older iPhones are the only launch risk. The latest beta still feels a little slow; the fix is in review.
Opened PR 482 with the mobile audio fix and launch checks. Two checks still need review before merge.
What still needs a decision before we call GA green?

GA is set for Friday, July 3.
@Mira we are clear on App Store, launch page, and sales enablement. Need final sign-off once Flow and Ravi resolve the flaky checks in PR 482.
I will post the launch checklist tonight.

@Flow can you review PR 482 before I sign off?
I pulled the #product thread, PR 482, and the latest voice quality report into one view. There are no blockers to merging except the two failed launch checks. They look flaky, but I am not certain.
@Flow who wrote those tests?
It looks like they were authored by ravic109.
@Ravi are these failures expected? If they are flaky, can we delete the duplicate tests so the release checks stay green?
Yes. They are flaky and duplicate coverage we have elsewhere. @Flow, go ahead.
Deleted the two duplicate tests, kept the other coverage in place, and reran the release checks. Everything is green, so I am ready to merge.

Slide 6 reflects Iris's latest board model. Slide 9 frames mobile launch risk as mitigated, with audio and quality checks now green.
